The basics of buying from Thread Drops.

Drops & availability

Each design is a limited edition, available only during its drop window. When the window closes the design is retired and won’t be reprinted, except where a retired design is revived by customer demand. Orders are made to order in limited runs.

Prices & payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We don’t store your card details.

Your order

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel and refund an order if a design can’t be fulfilled, if there’s a pricing error, or in cases of suspected fraud.
