• Order details — your name, email, and shipping address, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Email — if you sign up for drop alerts, to let you know when drops open and close.
• Account data — if you create an account, your saved designs and votes.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & accounts), Resend (email), and privacy-friendly Plausible analytics (no tracking cookies). We never sell your data.

If you submit a design, we may share your identity and contact details with a rights holder, their representatives or an authority where needed to handle an intellectual-property claim or meet a legal obligation — see our creator & submission terms.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@threaddrops.co.uk. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message.
