Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email hello@threaddrops.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it unworn and unwashed for a refund. As items are printed to order, we ask that you take care — return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

How to return

Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
